Refund + cancellation policy

Digital downloads are generally final after access is granted. Custom production and creative services may be cancelled before work or material purchasing begins; setup, discovery, or completed work may be non-refundable.

What to expect

If a product arrives damaged or materially differs from an approved proof, contact the studio promptly with the order number and photographs so the order can be reviewed.

Questions

Contact the studio before ordering if your project has fixed event dates, unusual file requirements, restricted materials, or licensing questions. This starter policy must be reviewed by the business before launch.
