Turnaround estimates begin after payment, usable artwork, and any required proof approval. Estimates are not carrier delivery guarantees. Rush timing is confirmed during production review.

What to expect

Tracking details are added to the secure order-status page when a shipment is booked. Studio pickup orders receive a separate ready-for-pickup notice.

Questions

Contact the studio before ordering if your project has fixed event dates, unusual file requirements, restricted materials, or licensing questions. This starter policy must be reviewed by the business before launch.
