Terms + conditions

Orders are accepted when payment is confirmed. Custom work is subject to production review, material availability, and the configuration shown in the order confirmation. The placement editor communicates preferred position and approximate scale; it is not a final production proof.

What to expect

You must own or have permission to use every file, mark, image, font, and text submitted with an order. You remain responsible for reviewing product options, quantities, addresses, and approval messages.

Questions

Contact the studio before ordering if your project has fixed event dates, unusual file requirements, restricted materials, or licensing questions. This starter policy must be reviewed by the business before launch.
